I climbed this tree to over 40 feet up and jumped into the creek.
At over 50 yrs old.

Then the tree fell into the creek a few years later,..

I learned how to make a still in 1982.

In 1983, I bought a used Honda 550 Nighthawk for $1,700 CAD at motorcycle auction in September 83'

I remember strapping my still (pressure cooker) with a dozen feet of stainless steel tubing (stolen from work) to the back of my 🏍 and "riding" it over to a freinds to make BOOZE.

I t was Completely Illegal, but nobody knew the better.


We all got Really Wasted.

Mayonnaise? We produce plenty rapeseed, nothing wrong with that.

Reads: Milk cream, lactic acid culture. 82% fat, 1.2% salt.

Wholesome milk of Poland. Probably palm oil, too

I needed to buy some palm oil and all I could find was palm flavored soybean oil.

You guys in Vermont could build yourself your own Syrup pipeline to England.

I doesn't have to be a Really BIG Fricken pipeline.

Just enough to deliver Syrup to the Queen's son, and his family.

We're not in the Vermont area; left Upstate NY 50 years ago. Care very little about the Queen and her family. If it wasn't for your maple leaf cookies and St. Joseph Oratory, we wouldn't pay much attention to Canada either.

A bottle of maple syrup never goes bad in the fridge. I use very little and a bottle will lasts for months. There is no reason not to buy the real thing.

IIRC, when we got to the top of Mt. Washington, there was weather observation station where they recorded the highest wind speed in all of North America.

Lurpak only sells butter in Poland. The spreads you mention are made domestically by hydrogenation of refined rapeseed or sunflower oil.

German pancakes this morning with local store brand pure maple syrup. Although we usually by Vermont syrup when we are back east, we ran out and had to buy local. Was surprised to read "Product of US and Canada."
