Cor! Cracking paint job on that red frame! The only problems I see are getting a decent increase in battery capacity to fit within the X35 battery casing, as an increase in power of the hub motor by using an AKM or Bafang or whatever will mean 252Wh won’t be enough, and finding a controller to fit within the down tube in place of the one normally within the X35 battery casing, which constricts the available amps to the motor ( a replacement will likely be physically bigger). The hole cut in the top tube for the IWOC remote is irritating too, as most aftermarket systems use a remote that bolts to the bars. I don’t know if an IWOC can be made to talk to an aftermarket controller - if it could, it would be a neat answer. Otherwise, a blanking plate and maybe a bluetooth remote would be nice and neat, if available for your controller of choice…the Keyde systems are the cleanest, with a controller in the hub together with the motor (but I’d worry about heat) and a bluetooth remote, meaning you could use the entire X35 battery casing for battery cells, which may enable the extra capacity you’d probably want…Keyde don’t have the greatest reputation for reliability or aftersales service though…
