Why 3 gears? Wouldn't one replacement gear be enough to reduce most of the noise, like what Bafang did with the original Ultra Nylon gear? And it wouldn't be so expensive. I would love to have a quieter motor, but almost 500$ is way to much money.

I would be the first to buy a PEEK gear for the Ultra!!

When i remember correctly it was 38Nm the last time i tighten them up. Because the 35Nm from my last post were not enough (the pedal started clicking again). I checked the tension on my crank arms yesterday, and they where a bit loose/ not as tight as they should be. After torquing them to 35Nm the clicking noise was gone. Let's see for how long...
