Did you use the aviation version or the standard version of the SCH100?
It sounds like the CH grease was only quieter because of the quantity you had to end up using?
Re-greasing the Ultra motor...is it time?

I used Mobilith SCH100 which is the standard version and the version approved to be used with electric motors.
The aviation version is a high pressure landing gear bearing grease. I may decide to use it if I start doing big jumps again

When at first I used a little it was very quiet to start but as it liquefied and flung off it was no longer effective and gradually got louder. After a few rides I opened it again and verified this and added more. It needs the chamber to be filled so as it flings off it has no where to go but back on the gears

The aviation version is primarily a wheel bearing grease with a long service life and wide temp range.
"Mobil Aviation grease SHC 100 is recommended for high speed, heavy load applications such as wheel bearings, as well as for slower speed, high load applications such as landing gear bearings, slides, and joints."
"Mobil Aviation Grease SHC 100 is approved as a wheel bearing grease by all major aircraft wheel manufacturers."

The standard seems to have similar properties (hence the similar naming) but with not as wide a temperature range and Mobil makes this statement...
"Mobilith SHC 100 is an antiwear and extreme pressure grease primarily recommended for higher speed applications such as electric motors, where reduced friction, low wear and long service life are required. It is an NLGI 2 Grade / ISO VG 100 grease with a synthetic base fluid. Its operating temperature range is -40º C* to 150º C."
I also called Mobil CS back in 2020 and they confirmed that the standard was the proper choice. It's also plastic safe.
I used it initially on my BBS02B and with 12,000mi of use it worked nicely and the motor showed no signs of wear.
I can personally vouch for the Mobilith SCH100... it's an excellent grease. But my motors are louder than I like and my view probably tainted by the extremely quiet BBS02B.
If the Mobil gets a 10..I'd give the CH a 9+ so far.
I don't think you can go wrong with either.
And though the CH requires more to work properly and may need to be checked on more frequently, for me it's not a deal breaker as we're still talking thousand of miles of use per grease service
