I'm surprised that you didn't run a zip tie through that chainstay boss, instead of wrapping the chainstay with two zip ties.Next it is a matter of trimming the speed sensor wire. That is easy there is just 3V positive, negative, and a white signal wire. They each get sealed in 2mm heat shrink tube and then 1/4 marine grade goes over the outside and it gets tucked into the secret compartment and the cover plate goes on. Oh, I lied. I did need to use two zip ties to attach the speed sensor. Let's call that the exception that proves the rule. I am loving that indent on the right chainstay. I will not have any chainring clearance issues and can use spacers between the ring and spider to further bring in the chainline. Come to think of it, those two black zip ties on the chainstay look like racing stripes and match.

I love it. There is a tool for making dimples. A guy used one in an early TS installation video. It uses a screw to press a divot.Just put a matching dimple on the inside of the chain stay with a lump hammer View attachment 203475
It takes two zip ties and a backing of silicone tape so on the rough stuff the pickup doesn't move from alignment. I don't need a speedo or OD but clients expect them. I sometimes will mix custom paint to help hide a necessary zip tie, But, this color called carmel would be hard. It is a really cross between newborn diaper and gray poop-on. The marketing team thought to call it something more pleasant. How does @Gionnirocket do his animations; they are great. I've thought about adding cross levers to my drop bar bike with 105 cable disc brakes but the tectro RL720 description states for caliper or cantilever. Do you see a reason they wouldn't work well for cable disc brakes?I'm not a fan of using drop bar shifters on bullhorn bars. I'd rather see cross levers on the tops for the brakes, and bar end shifters. But if that what the customer wants, so be it.
