I have a Bulls Iconic EVO TR1 Speed and the frame is currently cracked, same spot as yours.
The warranty communication has been sparse from Bulls, 2-3 months
to manufacture a new frame. Then I assume pay someone to swap out all the parts, and the does it just crack again, is it safe?
Expect more from German premium priced manufacturer trying to establish their brand in the US market.

At the ripe old age of 72, I just purchased a Velotric Discover 1 last week. I've only ridden it about 10 miles or so, but I think I'm in love. Why, Velotric? It was rated #1 for Class 2 e-bikes by Consumer Reports; the guy at the store, who' has been selling only e-bikes and scooters for the past 26 years said it was without a doubt the best e-bike that he has ever sold.

Another 25cm of snow last night--can't wait for spring.
We got 10cm of snow yesterday, and it was -19c this morning--guess winter is back--sigh.
I bought a MK2 Scrambler bike. It had a 2 year guarantee. Towards the end of the 2 nd year I noticed a small decrease in range but put this down to more hills.
On the 25th month the loss of range was so big that I reported this to the company.
Their technician said it would be replaced but the CEO then would only offer a replacement at 30% discount,around £400.
Am I being unreasonable in asking for a replacement?

Hello Frank, I live near Spokane and have two bikes. One of the members posted pictures of them as I would have trouble doing that.Just got them and still trying to learn about all the things they can do. Didnt get clear instructions with them. The weather is cold here so riding in between snow storms.
