Lots of discussion in the Giant forum. They are powered by Yamaha. Plenty of other OEMs are powered by Yamaha as well.

Yamaha FTW.

According to Yamaha... 😉

Yamaha DNA OF THE "WORLD'S FIRST" THE DRIVING FORCE IN EBIKES FOR OVER 2 DECADES

Yamaha makes quality products. I wanted a Yamaha 350cc motorcycle in 1973 and went to a cycle dealer, who talked me into a Honda CL350 instead. That Honda was a lemon, and I've never even considered a Honda product since. Had a great Suzuki GS750 in 1977--one of the best motorcycles of its time.

Also had a guitar amplifier by Yahama and a mini-organ. Again, great products.

I like the new Yamaha ebikes and one day when I graduate from my just-purchased entry-level eAhora XC100, and am still able to ride, Yamaha will be at the top of my list. Their latest motor looks fantastic.
