I bought 2 and just started riding when the above started happening to one of them. The other is fine. Any suggestions, or should I bring it in to a certified or contact Lectric? Thanks
Watch the Park Tool derailleur adjustment YouTube video. It's a three step process and it's a common maintenance item as the cable stretches and the slight wear over time. After watching the video you will likely just turn the cable nut adjuster on the derailleur. After watching the video if you have any issue, contact Lectric. Lectric might have a mobile mechanic or bike shop in your area that they will likely cover the charge for the repair under warranty.
