X1 tool error

Is anyone able to login to the X1 tool I'm being given an error when attempting.

Innotrace replied , there server is down but they are working on it is what I was told

What kind of cable do you use with the X1 tool?

I just purchased an Innotrace motor but it has no any cable for programming

Cables are backordered unfortunately

Seems Inotrace's DB was hacked and they're in the process of rebuilding, so no one will be registering (including me) until they get things sorted out.

I'm wondering why do they need us to register? Maybe to make sure the user did not overcome the power limit in case of warranty claim?

Still no X1 tool or info as to when it will be usable again.
