Wire/Cable management

I finished my build today but the one thing I just hate are all the wires. I tried my best to make it look tidy but nonethless it seems terrible.

Does anybody have any tips? Of course I used zipties/electrical tape where needed but there's just too many to really get a clean look. I was thinking about getting some sort of thin pipe to run most of the wires through and taping it under the downtube for some improvement.

(I have a middrive, so I have a main cable that runs to the handle bars and splits to 4 (throttle, brakes, computer)

I use these for wire management projects:

This also works well and comes in different colors:

Both products wrap around the wiring and can easily be removed for service. Once wrapped, you can hold the bundle in place with zip ties.

I use a lot of this stuff to keep things tidy. Comes in different sizes, and available at many auto supplies:

The biggest thing you can do in the area ahead of the handlebars is to have the correct length shifter and brake cables. Once I have the handlebar height where I want it, I usually have to replace all of them. Not that expensive when using universal cables, and worth it for a clean look.

The BBS02 is not that bad, with the integrated 4:1 cable. Many hub motor kits run those four cables (2 brakes, throttle, and display) all the back to the controller, and they use clunky connectors.

The spiral wrap is pretty handy though. You can at least put the throttle, display, and one brake inside one wrap. Some people wrap that with the bike's brake or shifter cables. Not much you can do about the excess length though unless you're anal enough to shorten and resplice.
