Update for this year on parts updates for winter:
I've now swapped out the stem(Chromag Ranger V2 I had on hand), and bars(Chromag Cutlass; same story, the home parts bin).
Highly recommend carbon bars in extreme cold like we have in Saskatchewan, they don't transmit the cold(pogies are still required, of course, have wolftooth single track V2, will travel).
It also somewhat annoyingly required a novel solution for the built-in front light from that "zen" branded stem. Anyway, an extra couple of washers and this will allow you to reuse that light(at least the one from my model-year anyway). https://www.trekbikes.com/ca/en_CA/...upernova-universal-hbm-light-bracket/p/41144/
Also: most notably moved to Miranda Delta RF 155mm cranks...in hopes it lightens some of the intense torque slowdowns that seems to happen with then Enviolo CVT...and adds comfort. My legs are too short for the default 170mm anyway.
