I had to try this wing bike love the look of it. I have only did a 10 mile test run since I just received bike today and I am really pleased with this bike. It came with a broken tailight from shipping and support is sending a new one. The support team has been great with answering all my questions while I waited for bike to ship.

I don't like that company. They were busted on Reddit eBikes for spamming the forum with fake reviews. Numerous fake reviews and accounts. They were similarly discovered here doing the same thing. The posts were very similar to yours, in fact. Just glowing reviews of test rides and how incredible the support is.

I understand how you feel. I'd like to clarify that we don't know who "they" were. It could have been someone from the company (though if it was, surely it backfired by creating negative views of the brand), but it also could have been others trying to "help." Who knows. At any rate, members are welcome to post about any bike as long as they are behaving appropriately. And, of course, promotions belong in the threads for promotions.

I totally understand how you feel. There are alot of companies out there trying to artificially boost their ratings. I don't know if Wing is the culprit behind the fake reviews. Maybe someone is trying to make them look bad. If they are, they should have put in more effort to look less fake!
In any case, here's my review of one of their bikes. I am an actual owner of the Wing Bikes Freedom which I purchased completely out of pocket.
PS- I also agree with the good customer support! I asked so many questions through chat and email before and after my purchase, from pricing, to when it'll ship, to how to install the throttle. Someone answered all my questions really quickly, so I'm pretty impressed.

I have also purchased a wing bike, completely out of pocket (and then a 2nd one for my wife). I have reviewed my Freedom Fatty at this link:

I have not had the opportunity to test out their customer service, however. I went for the Wing bike because I thought it was a lot of bike at the price point. Of course the bike I really wanted was $7000, but that is not in my price range.
