Which E-bike for a light trek (budget 2.600 euro)? URGENT!

Hi, I'm sorry for the urgency, but it is true.
I don't have any E-bike even if I sometimes used it but it was a bad E-bike. I'm an inexperienced guy and I'm not youn,
therefore I'd like to buy above all a convenient and comfortable E-bike. I will use it in my town with bumpy and often uphill streets.
But ...... I'd like to use it even in some path in the fields as off the road (adventure).
I have no ambitions to climb hills or mountain trails but I'd like to do also some light treks, as well as normal roads.
I hope I'm not asking too much. My budget is around 2500-2600 euros. I did some researches and I have some E-bikes in my mind, I will tell you but before I'd like to know your thoughts.
Whick E-bike would you suggest me, please?

As you specify your budget in euros I'm guessing you live somewhere in Europe. I think that the situation over there is similar to here in the UK - it is not a case of which ebike you want, but which ebike is actually available to buy. If you are in a rush, you may be lucky simply to find anything your size in your budget. Bike shops here don't predict much change before September at the earliest. Good luck with your search. (I was lucky - I ordered my Trek Allant+ 8 in February, and it actually arrived in June)
