What did you pay for your Juiced HyperFat 1000

Hello Members. To the owners of the HyperFat, I’m trying to get some dollar amounts on what you paid for your HyperFat and include your options from the factory not the add ons after you receive the bike.
I asked Juiced for a price with a few factory upgrades from the factory as they list but Juiced will not say.
I know they list the HyperFat as $3749 with stock battery but that’s all.
I’m looking to get the, Mac motor with 12T, 52v battery with GPS, Hydraulic brakes and Torque sensor.
It’s kind of ridiculous when they don’t include the hydraulic brakes and torque sensor as standard on the HyperFat when it’s standard on the Ripcurrent S at more than half the price of the HyperFat.
If they are going to charge $1400 just for the 52V Battery alone that will be crazy. Just my thoughts from looking at these option prices that are offered on other bikes from Juiced and what they are pricing the extras at.

Have you considered working with Luna Cycle on a custom build or selecting one of their offerings? That way you'll be dealing direct with the builder who has the flexibility to make changes and quote prices. I found them to be pretty responsive when I inquired about their 2018 Luna Giant Roam 3 about a month ago.

Thanks for replying. I don’t like Mid Drive motors and Rear Direct Drive Motors. I only like Rear Geared Hub Motors.
Thanks

Thanks for your input. I still would like to hear from a HyperFat owner and what they paid.

Back To your comment a person can buy a good low end fat bike for $500 and get a e bike conversion kit.

If a HyperFat owner has nothing to hide then they would disclose what they paid for their bike.

I like Rear Geared hub motors and they are also preferred by most e bike mechanics.
Of course everyone had there own likes.

If the HyperFat wasn’t any good than it would of never sold out last batch.

Thanks for your reply and offer. ( Thinking of it )

Any pics of e bikes with Rear Geared hub motors that you converted from your stock bikes.

There’s also the cost of a 52v battery pack ?

The Fat Bike ROUGHNECK is nice and
DRAGONSLAYER 27.5+ SPORT. XL size

Thanks

What I couldn’t get in the screenshot was California sales tax and shipping. Good luck with your search!

That’s an excellent price for the HyperFat 1000. Since your purchase Juiced Bikes jacked up the base price by $1400 to $3749 and that’s not including $1399 for a 52v 21ah Battery bringing the total to over $5000. I’d like to hear from @Tora to justify the price hike when they sell the RipCurrentS at $1699.
I’ve been in touch with their sales guy Rich and so far they are sticking to the $3749 base price on the HyperFat 1000.
The battery prices are outrageous.

Thanks for your reply

Just build your own or find someone local who can help you. Get the mac motor you want or buy the Luna kit with ASI BAC 800 controller, good quality 52v battery from Luna or emv and a decent fat bike from Bikes Direct with some good components with hydro brakes.

Yes, do this instead and you won't have to wait around for Juiced. As much as I like my HF1000, the two known issues that center around the controller are a bit of letdown.

I saw they raised their price, but didn't even realize it was by that margin. Personally, if I had $5k to spend on another bike I'd buy a Riese and Muller or buy a complete bike with BBSHD from Luna and keep the extra cash.

Juiced today in an email to me said try and find another e bike with a 1000w motor and one with hydro brakes, torque sensor , front suspension like they do. All the parts they listed are used by others and they are low end parts. Juiced can’t justify the high price of their HyperFat because they use hydraulic brakes, torque sensor and that their batteries can be used on their other bikes.
So the next HyperFat is $3749 plus $1300 for the battery and if they don’t include the hydraulic brakes as standard than that’s another $249. So potential buyers be prepared to pay $5000 with the 52v battery option.
Juiced increased there base price over $1400 on the HyperFat!
I’m not sure if this is just their second batch of the HyperFat since the last batch in 2017? Even still it’s over priced, charging $1300 plus for a 52v battery.
Just look above at the invoice that hurricane56 posted... now that’s acceptable I think... not $5000.
Biktrix from Canada sells a Juggernaut ultra for less than $4000 I’d jump on that but it’s a Mid Drive Motor and I mostly hear that Mid Drive motors aren’t the best.

I think this is the same one @TForan has, but even if not he can definitely address Biktrix's mid-drive bikes. Like anything else, it depends on the quality of the drivetrain components and proper maintenance.

Just buy a different bike or build your own. I'm not sure why you're so obsessed with the Hyper Fat, but it seems to be causing you lots of anguish, and you haven't even spent any money yet. Life's too short for that. Move on.

I like the Luna fat tire bikes but do they sell ones with a 1000W Rear Geared hub motor ? I also see their batteries are 48v which is fine but very low Ah. Their warranty isn’t the best.

Thanks I’ll look him up on the forum.
I have spoken directly to the owner of Biktrix bikes several weeks ago and very nice guy and he answers most emails himself within a short time period like an hour or less. From what most mechanics say and what I’ve read is a Rear Geared hub motor is the way to go. Mid Drive motors have a lot More maintenance and a lot of chain breakerages, just what I’ve read and seen video reviews of.
