Watt Wagons Ultimate Commuter 2 rides 175 miles now 1075 miles, more than 2 rides

I have a long term loaner from WW with a chain. It skips a little also.so does my Trek Allant. I am not getting lucky with mid drives in general the Allant broke the chain 4 miles after getting it back from repairing the skipping 2 days ago so I don’t know if it was really fixed. My bad feelings for the very unreliable Stromer and the rear hub direct drive are starting to wane…no not really . I have deposit on Specializd with belt hopefully in Feb? And will test drive a Serial 1 since I found a local dealer

Still want my WattWagon to be my prime bike but it needs to be a little more reliable.

Having some issues , have a loaner , not sold on the Kindernay and the current power being compatible yet
I've seen you mention GPS tracking devices. I went with this: Boomerang GPS
Not sure about the newest model. I like the quiet mode. Sends me a text within 30ish seconds of bike being moved How it works and tracks bike via GPS.
My ABUS 6500A beeps and squeals enough if the bike is moved. The Boomerang quietly lets me know if I'm out of earshot, tracking the bikes location via GPS.
I never leave my machine unattended more than a minute away.
It was leaving bike in the same spot that sets me up. I watched the security cam vid of the pro that stole my G.F. Sugar II. Took him 10 seconds. Shorts, buffed legs and an "I Love New York" hat. Cable cutter out from under his shirt. ABUS best cable - snip, cable cutter back under shirt and walking off with my bike over his shoulder. Stupid me, leaving bike cabled to a steel ring in our 'secure' underground parking. He just waltzed in behind a car and hid behind a pillar.
They also had a special cage we could lock up in, but it was full - largely of rust junk bikes with flat tires. Unfortunately, the same pro broke in there with a couple friends and made off with several bikes.

Best of the New Year!

Only God is 'good'.
You decide.
My Beast's rolling manana - on good behavior @ 750watts.

How did I get that bike? Bodhisattva grade determined certainty of will against all odds, that my titanium frame would come to life and bless me with my dream? We have 'the impossible' as exhibit 'a'.
Either that, the 'Triumph of the Human spirit', or something bigger.
Taoism intimates the correct flow leads to a Zen state blessing, we become one with the spirit (wholeheartedly believing in the idea) and feel the flow of the Universe (our options).
Tao also says: ...a Master of reality chooses wisely and defends that choice. Only a fool undermines his intent.
So to square the record, I don't know these guys, only sent e-mails 5 times in 11 months.
No name dropping here. I'm not special; kin; the same religion or ethnicity; a friend or treated any different than what they consider another 'boring customer'. And actually, I have horrible luck. So bad I refuse to gamble.
No renown, or exploitable lineage; connections or secret code words. They don't know me from Adam's housecat.
I just picked a special company and they did their best.
The problems were with shipping, not their 'Kid Glove Service' - the best I've found with any company.

I am here , ridden my small Jetson ebike (Costco) once for 12 miles full charge to dead with no issues. I am supposed to wait till I see a Dr from neurology in 3 weeks to get real clearance before I start back on a regular basis. I think I will be fine , feel normal seem normal to others.

My large chain ring has come in too , need to pick it up and get it installed :)

Thanks for checking

Good you're healed up.
How large ring did you go?
Looks like a 50t will fit on the fat frame.

Opimax had a bad spill, I was wondering how is he doing? I hope he is well and good to ride.
Anyway @Fast n' Furious have you gotten any ride time on your fabulous WW titanium bike ? Be cool to see pictures of it in action.
While I've been waiting, I installed a few things; an 80mm Bar clamp required to place the Jones Bars correctly; started tidying up some wires a bit. Less than a week after telling WW of the damage, my new battery/ throttle arrived.
I installed, aired up to 20lbs and went out yesterday for a shakedown cruise.

I've posted some photos.

The new throttle has a black grip. My LBS uses compressed air to remove, so I can fit Gum Rubber colored grips.
The Archer shifting is perfect for this power and I save a lot of gear-train wear and tear using reduced throttle to take off.
Eco mode (L1) the throttle's less powerful than my 1000watt machine. Sport mode (L1), throttle comes on like a rocket.
I detected a throttle stutter in Sp mode. Needs that resistor installed - like those Austrians told me.
The handling's right underneath your hands. Not once did I detect over-reactive steering or the fat tires trying to take over.
Trash talk I read to the contrary about the Mission Command tires is probably because of incorrect, overreactive geometry, running under-pressure or driving into a rut. As a street tire, they're noisy, but predictable and powerful - like the motor.
It purrs, grumbles and snarls when devouring energy.
Even with my KINEKT stiff as a board, it was total float over big chatter, trolley tracks and ruts.
I still have to fine-tune the adjustable geometry, KINEKT springs and Fork.
Worth the wait.
