Hi, new UK member here thinking of buying the Ncm Moscow as its at the price range im looking at. My one concern is the aftersales service, particularly after reading a couple of posts by fellow UK member Stevieray61, his battery packing in after a year and him having problems getting a hold of Leon cycles who sell the bike. Anyone else had difficulty with aftersales ?Im also looking at this bike from Halfords (big UK retailer)https://www.halfords.com/bikes/elec...ntain-bike---16in-18in-20in-frame-693250.html. Comes with 2 year warranty and have a store 5 mins away although i do prefer the NCM, thoughts ?
