The Como uses nice handlebars that are hard to find. They have a 30 degree backsweep, 26 mm rise, and 680 mm width.
Available bars that are somewhat similar are the ProTaper 20/20 carbon fiber bars with 20 degree backsweep. You can easily cut to desired length.
Another option is the Origin8 Batwing bars that sweep back 25 degrees with zero rise.
