Looking to add a lighting kit, front and rear to my specialized turbo como 2.0. Anyone have suggestions about a recommendation as to a kit or difficulty. Would like to add directly to motor.

Hardwiring Lights on a Como 2.0
My Specialized Como 2.0 did not come with hardwired lights. I've had to use battery powered lights. Has anybody tried to add hardwired lights to a Como 2.0? the 3.0 has hardwired lights, so it may not be too difficult to do. Thank you. Ned

I'd say that unless you are riding a lot (and I mean a lot) at night there are many great rechargeable LED lights at reasonable prices these days. And no matter how great the lights mounted on your bike even are, a helmet-mounted light can let you look around corners and sometimes over obstacles as well.
