Waiting for commuter pro for over 2 years.

I've been waiting for a commuter pro for over two years, My calls are ignored and when I do talk to someone its empty promises.

This all started during the pandemic. The bike I was riding was falling apart and I got some money from a medical pension from my military service. I thought I'd get my dream bike and spent way more money than I should have on a Commuter Pro. At first the delays were understandable due to supply chains and I wanted to support the business. Last year Pushkar sent me a "demo" bike with the understanding that I would ride it until my commuter pro was ready (I know sounds great right?). This is where things started to go off the rails and I believe the hope was that I'd just go away. Things have gotten worse, and I have to threaten legal action just to get a response to my text messages.
This has put a continued strain on my mental health, and I don't know what to do next.

Here goes another one, self described, 'off the rails' Watt Wagons SAGA of mental anguish and all the while straining and riding a Watt Wagon electric bicycle for two years. Play On tell us more as this season ends just how bad is it? Will you write pages and pages and can you include pictures of the injuries?

Wait a little more longer. Wattwagon are making ebikes for LEO 's . Your bike is in the back burner.

His bike can't be on the back burner because WW is no longer purchasing new titanium frames from China. They haven't received any for over a year. I know, as I tried to order a replacement for my UC Pro, which is too big for me and has a wonky chain skipping problem (which I kinda fixed).
In a text discussion with Pushkar he told me he's no longer attempting to order titanium frames from Asia. They've also disappeared from the website.
If he's building and selling UC Pro bikes he's using old frames, like the one he sold me.
One clue that it's an old frame is it has a 'fat bike' 170mm rear axle spacing.

Watt Wagons can’t get me replacement 52v batteries for my two bikes. They don‘t have any in stock and don’t have any idea of when they will be able to get any.

He actually answers emails and PMs in a timely manner, unlike someone I know.
