I have a Bacchetta Corsa with a Bafang BBSO2 750 wattmotor,13x6 battery (2.9 amp cells) 17.4 AH. I have the display set up 0-9, if I remember correctly, I set the current limit at 18 and #1 setting at 8% and #2 at 20% and #3 at 30% and so on until I reached 100% at 9. I have the top speed set at 40MPH,I can't spin any faster so thats my top speed. Don't have any trouble being the fastest bike in our group. But all the other e-bike are factory set at 28 MPH tops. If the current limit is the voltage setting 1 is 1.4 volts, setting 2 is 3.6 volts. I ride in central Florida with very few hills, ridding speed is around 19-21MPH, sometimes higher. On a good day I can ride on level ground in lever 1, but with the slightest incline or when I not as strong for whatever reason I will raise the level up to 2. At intersections, stop signs or traffic circles I might temporally go up to a higher setting just to catch up with the group, it's a very heavy bike to get started. I keep a log for 9 rides taking the voltage before a ride and voltage 20 minutes after the ride when I return home.

My figures might be wrong, but it looks like I average 13.65 miles per volt. I very very pleased with the Bafang motor and the battery (homemade). I charge the battery to 90% after each ride and every tenth ride or so I will charge to 100%. Best thing I did at my age of 72!
