Voltbike Yukon 750 Limited - Battery Issues

Has anyone ever experienced a fully charged battery acting as if it's dead like no sign of life? When I press the button on the battery itself, the LEDs don't even display. I had just started riding when everything went dead. Even when I plug the battery in to charge it the charger doesn't act as if a battery is there. The Bike is only 2 weeks old purchased new from Voltbike.

Probably a loose connection inside the battery housing. If there is any resource at your disposal that could do an inspection of it I would bet it would be an easy fix.

They probably will tell you to ship it back and they will replace it, but that is why I like to buy from a mortar and bricks shop with a service department

George with Voltbike and I did talk today. He told me he will be sending me a new battery tomorrow. I sent the defective one back to him and they reimbursed me for shipping. All is well with Voltbike they do seem to stand behind their product.

There you go ! I knew they would look after you but the post office is on rotating strikes in Canada right now so you might have to be patient
