500 Watt Battery Problem

New battery won't power up, no error codes. When plugged into charger (after being fully charged) there are two (2) flashing LEDs
Troubleshooting says to remove and hold down on/off button but, the 500 Watt batteries don't have this option (?)
Old battery mounts and works fine, it just doesn't have any juice left in it
Thanks in advance

You still ride a Powerfly?

If its a powertube the power button looks like this. Holding it in for 20sec? should force a battery reset unless it is completely dead. In that case, a dealer can help with warranty replacement.

On the 500powerpacks the button is different u press it and it shows the greenbars but holding it down doesn't really do anything for the 15 20 or 30 sceonds ,ive both packs the tube will reset and will work if then your display is playing up its usually a update or software problem which plugged in my dealer usually clears the reason batterys dont automatically work is when companies get the bikes in they like to think there clever by putting a bug on your battery display or motherboard This is the sole reason bosch conponents will not work with eachother like they should when leaving bosch facilities and is the reason thousands of users have binned there perfectly good bosch systems thinking there broke.i made custom brackets in a engineering shop to fit a boschmotor in without damaging or hacking parts off the bike just adding stronger brackets and slytly lowered the motor for better control even tho i made the bike stronger safer and a ride that comfortted me i was told by a dealer they wont update or work on my bike for reasons ive just said ! But bringing it to a different dealer i was told he bugged every bosch part so things wouldnt work unless it was brought there but after a call with bosch themselves and some work that was done by new dealer i was promised this would never happen again as id the certificate from the garage that we altered the frame and i expect no1 guy got in bosches bad books sorry for the rantin on but such things do happen ✌️
