Volspeed V4 doesn't fit

So I've managed to put the chip itself in the frame where the saddle goes, but the cables and especially the ports don't fit. I don't want to bend them too much either. Any suggestions?

Is there no space up behind the bracket? I just installed the same unit this past weekend on a Trek Super Commuter+ and it was tight but ultimately tucked nicely. I started by tucking the larger connectors into available spaces, then rolling the wires what was left, including the main rectangular unit, into a smallish circle then began tucking those in. Small zip ties to bundle everything once in. Is there a cover that goes over that that also allows some space?
