The above installed, rear hub,internal controller,sw-900 LCD display. Code 10 error (communications ) I checked everything ,throttle, halls sensors, still nothing , the motor has never moved. Bought through eBay they are mediating for supplier to voilamart? They came back right away from xxxx miles and said oh it's the controller ,now they are on holiday (Chinese) nothing has been done, they are going to replace controller I believe ,but isn't there a bench test for motor ? A way I can be sure it's the controller I would have to remove my tire and package the whole thing for shipment.any ideas

This should be under maintenance & repair forum, not general discussion.
Communication fault is not likely to be the motor.
You can check the motor with a dvm. Blue to Green to Yellow all should read about an ohm or less. Sensor wires to black should have a diode drop, 0.6 v or 600 ohms on 2000 ohms scale.
Support from China is not going to be effective for a couple of months. Not your supplier's fault. They have an epidemic and quarentine going on.
I see on ebay a voilamart power wheel kit is a $195 item. You're not out as much as a whole ebike would be, $$$$
I bought a $189 DD motor kit just to determine if my $300 geared hub motor kit was at fault or the battery. Turns out the battery was at fault, so I have 2 running motors, a geared hub and a DD hub. I'm using the controller from the DD kit and the motor from the geared hub kit, the plugs were interchangeable. Didn't like the DD motor much, it dragged when unpowered. I mostly ride unpowered unless the wind is high in my face.
