Virginia Riding

Can anyone recommend places to ride in Virginia (specifically near Richmond--I am already aware of the Capital Trail). Thank you so much!

I'd just add that any public lands outside of National Parks can basically be considered giant bicycling parks. In most state and national forests ninety percent of the roads are very lightly traveled and as long as you are sporting a reasonable tire width most any bike will be just fine.
