Vado 3 issues

I got Vado3, a month back from a store in Denmark and have already had many problems like.. issues with front suspension, both the tire tubes replaced and on top of it, it refused to start up a day before.
though, I have delivered bike to the dealership that I got it from (they promised to look and advise why it is not turning on). My concern is, how can I validate if the bike haven’t got any manufacturing defects as I didn't got Specialized to see all these problems everyday.
Please let me know what should be my approach here, though I have also written to Specilized, but there was no response from them.

Its 2020 Turbo Vado3;

Item Number says: SPE-20-VADO MEN 3.0

Is there a way that I get directly in touch with Specialized, as I would like myself to be involved in discussion about my bike with the company rather then sitting there and expecting dealer to fix everything for me.

No, you have to manage the warranty claim with the Specialized dealer but not necessarily with the one you bought the bike from. Any authorised Specialized shop does.

I’ll wait for them to reply back with what exactly is the problem and then will decide accordingly.

can I ask them to get the bike replaced rather then fixing the same piece and considering its just within 1 month that this had happened ?
