Turbo X Won't Start

I have a 2 year old Turbo X that I have looked after as far as off season charging goes but even though the battery charger indicates that the battery is fully charged the bike will not start. No lights on the battery at all. If i plug it into the charger the LED does come to life but I cannot do anything. Bike would have less than 100 trips or cycles on it. Been at the Specialized dealer for over a week now and no news. Anyone else have this issue? Help greatly appreciated.

Sounds similar to what happened to me. Battery was determined to be dead and I got a new one (the bigger 691). It took at least 2 weeks (and that was quicker than some). Hopefully you are still under warranty and have a quick fix!

Thanks for your reply ROJA. I'm within (barely) the 2 year warranty for the battery so should be good. Kinda scary that you can't find a replacement battery for these bikes, not even on Specialized website. That's a lot of money for a bike that will only last a couple years.

Specialized took my Turbo X back and gave me a new Turbo Levo 4.0. Limited to the 32 kph which is too slow, looking to change it so it will do at least 45 kph. Impressed with Specialized as there was no fuss no muss just got me a new bike as fast as possible.
