Trying to change flat back tire on xp step through 2.0

I am trying to change a flat on the back tire on xp step through 2.0 I have taken off all the nuts and derailer but the back tire will not budge. Any suggestion on how to get the tire out of the frame?

It could just be in there tight and needs a little tap on the rim but just in case, here is a video.

Nice video. Did you increase from 20x3 to 20x4 on your bike? or is that the stock wheel?

Not my video but the original Lectric used 4" tires. Current one has 3".
