Trelock LS 614 - Has anyone tried this? Rear bike like with decelerometer

I was looking for a rear bike light that was brake actuated and came across https://www.bike24.com/p2273782.html . Product says it indicates braking with a deceleration of 1 mile per second or more. Obviously this won't work at a standstill (think waiting at a traffic light) but as a concept it solves a lot of the signaling to traffic that I would like to achieve as an urban commuter.

Has anyone used a light from Trelock before? Or one with a decelerometer? Would really like to get your thoughts here.

Great idea for bicycles, I'll definitely get one. I use a similar product called Gear Brake on my motorcycles

I use the Rotlicht from Lupine. A couple of great mounting options and many different modes. And it is really bright. I do not use it when I am using a trunk bag as the light would be blocked. But when using panniers on my Haibike or R&M I always go with the Rotlicht. I just changed out the battery after a couple of years of solid use (2 commuting seasons).

I'm editing the original post to say that I use it with the optional mount that clicks in to a mount that installs on the saddle rails. Perhaps if mounting with a silicone strap it could also mount onto the rear of a trunk bag (that has a mounting strap) but I haven't tried this.
