Trek “quill” stem question.

I am in the process of deciding on an ebike. The Verve is one I like. But... I would like to be able to put a different stem on it and maybe a higher fork steerer extension . I have heard there is an adapter that can modify/allow this but have not been able to locate information on it.
If anyone knows of such an adapter please post the information.

There are quill adapters. Sometimes called threaded to threadless headset adapter. Here's one:

MAy I ask Why you would want a Longer stem then what is already in The Verve? HolY Cow that's already 4 inches and you can technically raise teh Riser another 2-3 inches : Are you sure you know what the Verve's stem is ? That might really mess up corning or turning around :
