The Domane is a race bike with a motor in it. It's going to ride like a race bike. The Fazua drive unit has a checkered past. The 250Wh battery is very small, which will limit your assisted rides. You cannot add a range extender.
As Stefan says, the Creo is a gravel bike. The geometry is designed for comfort on both smooth and rough roads. The Specialized drive unit is pretty solid. The 360Wh battery is larger than the one in the Domane, and you can add a 160Wh range extender.
If you are open to other brands, take a look at the Pinarello Nytro race and gravel e-bikes, and the Cervelo Rouvida.
