Hello, I have a problem with my tranzx bl07 battery on my 26 inch matra TX bike. The battery appears to be in safe mode. I have a voltage of 41V on my battery, but an output from the BMS of my battery, I only get 3.8V which therefore does not supply the bike. I managed to switch the battery to 41v again by bridging a few seconds between the 2 orange cables (reset and ground it seems to me), the battery comes out well from 41v for a few seconds but goes back to safe mode at 3.8v after about 5 seconds.
someone have a solution for resolve it please or an idea?
