Top Speed ?

Hello All ,
I am looking for a second bike with a throttle. I definitely need a bike with a top speed better than 20. I am looking at E Joe that you can adjust top speed to 25mph.
Does anyone know about Blix or Rad Power if you can do the same with them ?
Any other suggestions out there ?

Rad can be adjusted to 24 IIRC. Depends where you live, but if you go flying by a cop at 30 mph, you may have some splaining to do and a ticket to frame. My middrive kit bike has a new top speed of 38.6 recorded, but was with a hella tailwind.
