Tight handlebar screws

I am trying to reposition my handlebar and the screws will not turn. I think the allen wrench will break before they come loose.
Any body know how to get them loose?

I had the same problem. I just used a hammer to tap the the allen wrench. It did come loose. You should only have to loosen one screw to be able to move the handlebar.

Stuck screws & bolts on a bike are common problems. I use Kroil penetrating oil. It works 95% of the time with no sheared bolts or stripped allen heads.

I ony had my xp for a few weeks and have not had to adjust the handle bars but if thread lock was used on the bolts you may need to use a little heat to break the thread lock seal. Just a little heat dont over do it.
