What is special about yet another 20" Chinese folder e-bike? In what sense is it "all terrain"?

"all terrain" = fat tire (4" and up tires) in the eyes of the ebike trade these days it seems.

My friend took a lectric 1.0 on an easy singletrack. I heard the crash at the top of the 5 foot hill.

I wouldn't give much weight to internet hype.
I'm guessing you're new to the sport and there's not much love for unknown generic brands.
Paying a little more will probably get you actual customer service and better quality battery/components.
If I were you I'd do a little more research and test ride various bikes before buying anything.

Probably true. If this crowd hasn't heard about it, as opposed to the fad of the month at reddit or endless sphere, there is probably a good reason ... this is mostly a tough crowd to sell on a new bike.
Jetson makes those extra small ebikes (Bolt series is one) that you buy at Target and some Wal Marts. Jetson is expanding in the market and getting into other size/style of ebikes and I hear electric kick scooters. I see a few of the tiny wheel Jetsons running running around and talking to the owners they are okay for what you pay. Obviously not stellar quality but not total turds either.
I recently was given a set of wheels from a cheap no-name ebike with good tires. Nice condition 20" x 4" fat tire Kenda brand. OMG, getting those tires off the rim made motorcycle tires look easy! I was saving the tires for a friend who helps lower income people keep cheaper ebikes on the road, and tires are always a higher expense. I gave up and just dumped the whole wheels off on him.
I looked the Warren up. It was more money than a Lectric XP and has lower battery capacity but not completely horrible specs.
