You know they left anyone in these days.Who let you in??!! Is nobody minding the store these days??
Just kidding - Welcome and I hope someone here can help you with more info on the bike(s) you're looking at

I had a Specialized I’m my youth, . I didn’t want to spend too much, max $1500. It seems as though YouTube is filled with people who love the Lectric bike. I may go in that direction.Just beware. There are bunches of new companies that are popping up like mushroom but many disappearing just as fast. When there are booms like this there are always shake outs with the weak players dying off. Senado has been around for less than a year and looks like pretty much generic, fat tire Chinese bikes with, mediocre parts at an attractive price point. There are subforums here organized by brand. Senada has not made it to the list yet.
I recommend you look at the Himaway forum.
Himaway has similar products, just showed up within the past year and has left a rather alarming string of way too many unhappy buyers IMO. No test rides, delayed shipments, charging big fees for restocking cancelled items never delivered with service limited to email that sometimes takes days to be answered by someone in China that really could care less and parts shipped (maybe or maybe not) with you having to install them or hire a shop to do it, which is not so easy to do these days.
Be careful, going on the cheap can get unexpectedly expensive.
Buying ebikes from established bike companies with stores all over the country is more expensive but gives you more of an opportunity to test ride, size up the people you will be relying upon to keep your bike on the road when problems arise, (and they will no matter how much you pay but are less likely). There are global problems with bike parts production and shipping right now causing long production delays. The bigger established bike companies like Trek, Specialized, Cannondale, Giant and others with their long term relationships and clout still have better parts availability to get your bike back on the road sooner.
Yes, I think people are just starting a ebike company and branding some Chinese ebike with their name.Welcome!
I haven't heard of them so will be no help in that regard. But, I am just amazed how many ebike companies there are. And I suspect, more to be coming on line here in the next years. Ebikes just make sense for our world and there is so much room for growth in the market.

There is for sure some of that going on.Yes, I think people are just starting a ebike company and branding some Chinese ebike with their name.
Thank you, I gave them consideration because the have a warehouse/office near me in California.Looks like Senada is a 9 month old Chinese company.
Also the registrar is Alibaba.
So I guess you can just buy them from Alibaba.com ?
If that warehouse is just that and offers no service or parts and does not have its doors open to retail customers, proximity to you really does not mean much other than your new bike will arrive a few days sooner than someone further away.Thank you, I gave them consideration because the have a warehouse/office near me in California.
They replied to my email quite fast, I emailed on Sunday early evening and had a reply by Monday morning; they offer customer pick up on their website, however due to covid they were have suspended the service. I would have liked to drive there and checked it out prior to making a purchase, but since there doesn’t seem to be much of any knowledge about them, I will go in another direction. I bought two ebikes from Senada. The customer service is good. The bikes are decent quality and comfortable to ride. 1000w befang motor was a plus. I have bought a 20AH 48V spare battery and hooked it up. I plan on going dual batteries soon. This like any bike, requires regular maintenance the more you ride it. I raised the handlebars and put on a spring loaded seat. all in all the price was good and I like to customize. the bikes were a win for me. Saber and Harold are the models I have. Himiway will be similar qualityHi,
Does anyone know anything about Senada bikes? How’s their quality? Customer service seems good at least in responding to my email. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I found no reviews, except on their website.
Thanks
