Well I just read one report about a battery blowing fuses and it sounds as if the company blew them off too ...I"m thinking about buying the Leisure but if the support is bad I want to know ... has anyone else had problems with the company's support?

Just looked at the website. Looks like a great value for 1700. The one review from Real Box looks pretty positive...

I've read 2 reports on here about Rize bikes' batteries blowing fuses and Rize having users disassemble batteries to replace fuses. At least one of those reports mentioned the fuse blowing multiple times. They used to be Spark. It sounds like they were trying to get away from the old name and reputation, but nothing has changed. The webpage for the Rize X stills says, "Pre-order June". The $1700 Leisure has the lower capacity battery and cadence sensor.
