Hi, check this out. Several of our dutch friends in the speedpedelecreview forum have a thread where this is discussed. I use the translate feature in google chrome.
The thread is on the lengthy side but I believe they discuss all the potential issues and solutions.

Hi, I know nothing about that swap BUT wanted to chime in on how much I love the Supernova M99 Pro light.
It has become a must have.
During the day, it is a great safety addition as cars can really see it!
On a bike tour with “busy road crossing guides” , one stopped me to say he saw me coming 1/4 mile away (daylight ride).
At night…. Night becomes day!
It is awesome.
I love it.

Thanks a lot for chiming in..... It would be awesome to get the Supernova mounted to my ST3.
The mounting rings of Roxim Z4E Pro on a ST3 looks exactly like that on a ST5 Supernova M99 Pro.
Supernova made the M99 pro with a custom wire connector for the ST5.
(Maybe that's the same connector on the ST3.)
