SuperDelite MY2021 Front fender mount

Hi, can someone take some pictures of their upper front fender mount, the one connected to the upper part of the front suspension fork? My lower mount straps/zips snapped while riding and the fender twisted and snapped off the upper fork mount. Seems like something I can easily design and 3D print from nylon, rather than order a whole new set of front & rear fenders for $100 + 4 week shipping. Mine shattered completely and is hard to reverse engineer from the a few shards; the fender is 100% intact.

FWIW.

Mine did the same on a Load60 except, for better or worse, the fender twisted but did not completely snap off. I was told it is designed to snap off/shatter .... This left me with an immobilized bike (front wheel could not move due to jammed fender) that I had to pick up and "dolly" off the road in heavy traffic into an industrial park. This was under warranty. The dealer tried to 'fix' the fender (failed), then told me another one was on order. Six months later, I was asked if I still wanted another fender, then crickets. Moral of this story: in your design, make sure you account for the possibility of the fender not completely snapping off. Are you replacing the attachment zips? I had to Allen wrench them off completely before I could remove the wedged fender.

I'll be interested to see what you come up with.

Thanks for the info, yes, I'll be designing new fork tube straps as well, they might not have to be zips since I know my tube diameter (ie its not a universal part for many fork types)
I just need a starting place for the upper mount, will ask my R&M dealer if they have any in the shop they can send pics of or will look for any existing 3d models of adapters, (there are a bunch on Printables.com)

$60!!!! and 4-6 weeks, no thanks!
