In my app they are plenty good 18650 Cells are rather hard to find around here no big retailer has them have to get them online. the only time I have bought 18650 cells it was to repair something that took that size, didnt know an 18650 would go a week. I was talking about disposable, zinc chloride or alkaline cells .

I can't imagine why they are difficult to find. Every flashlight seller online has them and even protected cells. I've got lights with the same 18650 cell for 5 years. A lot less scrap to the landfill too.

Walmart can supply shipped to your local store. $10 with charger. Best buy too!

I do get saving $$ especially if not a frequent night rider! I ride most of the winter and it gets dark early.

Well we can say "some"of them don't go broke..."a lot" is difficult at best to quantify or prove.

not a huge amount but retired at 57 in 2007 and have all I need. a PT support job built my eBike stable and it's sustainable with quality components for my remaining years. Work hard, save, and be debt free...
