Suggestions: Belt drive, throttle, under $4,000

I know this will be quite limiting but this site brings broad knowledge so thought I would try. Interested in bikes under $4,000 that have
Gates belt drive
Throttle
Mid motor
IGH or CVT (ie, no derailer)
Thanks for any leads

Veer make a 'Split Belt Pro' conversion kit compatible with Shimano Alfine/Nexus, Sturmey Archer, Enviolo, & Rohloff IGH, with a choice of 5-bolt 130BCD or 4-bolt 104BCD chainrings, you rivet the two halves together with pins using a special tool, but while they claim it's safe for ebikes I don't know how robust it would be for anything more powerful than Class 1-3 750w peak power levels https://www.veercycle.com/collections/all/products/split-belt-pro?variant=29894666125390

Interesting for sure, though with discussion about the same motor/Sturmey IGH combination failing on the Luna Babe, it's reassuring Pushkar is testing the bike with a different Shimano IGH

I'm interested to read more about the new Shimano 5-speed IGH hill climbing abilities, according to the manual first gear is the 1:1 ratio unlike their other 3 and 8 speed IGH that have lower gear ratios. If you have a torquey powerful motor with good controller mosfets that don't overheat it shouldn't be a problem unless you ride up steep long hills. On my Nexus-8 5th gear is the 1:1 ratio and I typically leave it in 5th to start off but shift down to 3rd gear (0.75%) when climbing steeper hills to maintain a comfortable cadence and keep my less powerful 36v BBS01 mid-drive from overheating.

That is either a misprint or idiotic. The Shimano E6100 system offers chainrings in 38T or 44T, and sprockets for the hub in 18T and 20T. So if the hub is 1:1 in low gear, the lowest low gear available would be a 38T x 20T, or about 57 gear inches with a typical 27.5" wheel. That same combination would have a high gear of about 150 gear inches?! Not even the most macho of 80's road bikes were geared that high.
