Storage Options - Retrospec Valen (moped style)

So was in a rush and needed a two person Ebike. The Retrospec Valen was in stock near me.

And cannot for the life of me figure out how to add some storage on it. Pannier bags won’t work because of back seat, don’t think front basket will work because of headlight. Has anybody figured out some good general storage options for these moped style bikes?
