stem

That might be easier to answer if you were a little more specific. There's a lot of variables. Are you concerned about length, size, adjustable vs. fixed angle, what?

I added the Sunlite 0-60 degree adjustable stem to my 2016 Radrover. The standard stem height was too low for me at 6'3" and my 420mm seatpost height. I was leaning forward too much and causing numb hands. I also have family members that like to ride my two rovers and it helps to lower the stem height for them.

Sunlite 0-60 degree 95mm stem, Amazon, $30: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006HX04KK/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also had to add two 2.5mm shims because the Sunlite stem wasn't as thick as the standard rad stem it replaced, Amazon, $10, five 2.5mm shims: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001CJZBH0/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Amazon picture shows shims of different sizes; but, the shims are all 2.5mm in size.

The Rad Rover probably has a 1 1/8 threadless steerer. It's a bike standard. You can also use a stem extender to raise the stem about two incehes. Then you can use a longer stem as needed per MrGold if you wantthe bars further out ahead of you.

I have used both of these extenders on my bikes. I bought the second one to save a dollar or two. They're fairly sturdy, being machined aluminum, , but buying whatever you perceive as strongest is best.
