31.8mm stem diameter on Yamaha? Want an adjustable riser

I plunked down some money on a '22 Yamaha CrossConnect at a distant dealer, and I'm going to pick it up en route to a vacation where I'll be riding it. But I know (from a brief ride on a CrossCore locally) that I'd like an adjustable stem riser so I can get an upright seat position. The specs on the CrossCore and CrossConnect both say the stem is 31.8mm clamp diameter (same diameter as the handlebar), which appears to be unusual. All of the adjustable risers I've clicked on at Amazon are only 28.6mm (or less). I'm starting to wonder if I need a unicorn!

Can anyone confirm that the listed spec of 31.8mm stem is correct?
Can anyone point to a riser with a 31.8mm clamp diameter?

If worst came to worst, maybe I'd wind up with a different handlebar. But I am not looking forward to transferring all of the gizmos. A riser would be sooooo much simpler.

TIA.

Edit: maybe I'm misunderstanding what "31.8mm clamp diameter" really means? I figured it means the size that the riser would clamp onto vertically before reaching to the handlebar.

The 31.8mm is the handlebar clamp diameter. That's the junction between the stem and the bar. It's a standard diameter. Rather than using a "riser", change the stem itself. The other end of the stem is where it attaches to the steerer tube. That dimension is defined by the fork itself. It looks like this bike has a SR Suntour NEX E25 fork, which has a 1-1/8" steerer tube. This is also a standard diameter.

Look for an adjustable or fixed high rise stem that fits a 1-1/8" steerer and a 31.8mm clamp diameter. Here are some examples.

Ritchey adjustable
Ritchey 30 degree fixed stem
