ST1, Forgotten Lock Code

Any suggestions for what to do with Stromer ST1 with a forgotten lock code?
Is there any hard reset option?
Do I need to call Stromer? Or take it back to the bike shop?

Try using 1234

maybe take battery out for a few hours and then replace and see if things reset

either 1234 or 0000 that is what it was for me

From Stromer ST1’s Manual: Unlock System - Switch the Stromer on in the normal fashion (see page 23) and enter your password. With –/+ you can select the number and confirm it with the On/Off button in each case. Password: Default setting “1234”, see page 26 to define your own password.
