SportTech bike has lost its power

Hi there, hope someone can assist. I have a SportTech bike, model SX600 PrimeLine. Less than 3 years old, light use (2 hours per week max). Last week halfway through a 20 min workout it just lost all power to the bike / display. I've replaced the plug and the lead, and tried plugging it into a different source. I've taken the display out of the neck of the bike and checked all the connections and they all seem fine. Can anyone advise what I should try next? I'm at my wits end. Thanks in advance. Gavin.

My guess is your control board went out. That's what happened to our recumbent exercise bike. There may be a exercise service company in your area who could repair. Or maybe someone has posted a video on YouTube. Good luck!

Just take it up a hill with a skateboard under it. It will work fine.
