I purchased an RX in May this year and twice have had the 30Amp fuse blow in the battery pack. They instructed me by phone how to replace it. Instead of waiting days for delivery I pickup up a pack of these fuses at auto supply. That was about 1000K ago and haven't had a recurrence. I also had a controller freeze. This was resolved by power off-power on sequence. Help response has been a bit slow but no worse than other support networks. They agreed to replace the battery pack if the fuse blew again. Otherwise I like the bike, lots of power and good battery life.
