I think this is my first post, I signed up a while back but never did anything, there's been a lot of changes going on in my ebike journey. Initially went for a full suspension fat tire to a hard tail fat tire and now finally I think I'm dialed in with a step through fat tire. It's a newer brand but it's got everything I want and so far I'm happy with it. It's called a Trekcraze T600. I had to finally decide on a step through model due to my disability. I'm now personalizing this new bike to make it my own. I'm out on the Pacific electric Trail a lot sometimes making a pitstop at the taco shop right off of Route 66 there's even an offramp from the trail directly to this taco place. I'm going to be finishing off upgrading my new bike with some pannier bags, and a beefed up rear rack. I may switch out the shifter to a Shimano type as the one this one came with does not work with me the way I really want. I wrench on my own bikes, most shops around here only wanna work on their own bikes. These things are not rocket science so it's actually kind of fun to work on them. anyways anybody out in the inland Empire let me know,

would love to meet and buy you a taco.

Bedankt voor de ontvangst vanuit het mooie Nederland. Mijn voormalige werkgever maakte veel fietstochten door Nederland. Ik wou dat ik er zelf ook naartoe kon gaan.

Ranch Cucamonga was in 1824 a huge fresh water wetlands with ponds and lakes full of birds, fish, and wildlife. Steelhead salmon/trout. Shortly after it became California's wine country. A lot has changed there since. Such as Rout 66, smog, and desertification. I went down to the river and the river runs dry. Where did all the flowers go.

Taco shop is right on foothill Boulevard as you cross the bridge. See photo I always start my ride on the Etiwanda side near the old train depot. It's mostly flat, but I enjoy the ride and the tacos.

Turned into a huge parking lot surrounded by freeways and a Bass Pro Shop!

@ramrezz425, are these tacos flat authentic corn street style? What is the salsa bar like, and the agua frescas? For those uninitiated the real stuff preparations will entail use of whole cored melons and to juice them for a drink. Fresh water, agua fresca. The strawberry is to die for. The same with other fruits. One traditional drink is iced tea from a red flower. Another is rice water that in the mouth becomes sweet without any sugar. What is your go-to before a ride?
Do they BBQ chicken with limon and ribs or do chili rellno bonitos? Spanish has been spoken in California two full generations before English was at Plymouth Rock. We know how to eat out here! These are the roots of authentico America. The original. English is a second language that came after historically. The Californios were very rich and powerful land owning families who were brown and spoke mostly Spanish. I live a short ride to Vallejo's Adobe estate. One of the richest and most powerful of the early Californians. The final battle for California was a short ride away. It is where the Dead had the Summer of Love a year before SF.
