Hello! Just got on the site and am new to E-bikes. I have been looking for awhile for two bikes (one for me and one for my wife) and would like input on Sondors bikes; particularly these topics: after the sale service, parts availability, quality of the parts and in what condition do the bikes arrive? Also stated delivery times and real world times? Thanks in advance for your input.

I can't speak to the bikes but as for parts availability I bought a Sondors upgrade battery in 2016 from LunaCycle that is still going on my non-Sondors DIY kit converted ebike, Sondors still sell the same battery as does another vendor. 5 years is a long time in the ebike world, at the time they were selling so many Sondors Original ebikes I figured the battery would be around for some time in the future as has proven to be the case.
