Soltera Battery

I just bought the new Aventon Soltera 7 and the place that I bought it from lost the key for the battery. Does anyone by chance have pictures of the battery and/or the battery connector? I have looked everywhere online and can't seem to find pictures of it. Also, does anyone know if this battery is used on any other Aventon E-bike or is it just for the Soltera?

Hi there, has this issue been resolved? We have a couple of options on how to get a new key set, please see below!

1. Place an order for a key set here: https://www.aventon.com/products/replacement-key-for-e-bike-battery.
2. Replace the Lock Assembly with a new one which will come with a new set of keys.

The Lock Assembly should be serviced by the dealer you had originally purchased from. To get started on a warranty claim please do so here: https://www.aventon.com/pages/warranty.
